Opticontrol®

Opticontrol® makes it possible to operate both the electric and the hydraulic functions of the attachment with the rocker switches on the control switch pack. This requires the 6 or 8 function joystick on the loader. Opticontrol® speeds up the operation of attachments which have two or more hydraulic functions and an electric solenoid valve for selecting those functions. It consists of the control switch pack which mounts on the boom control lever and a selector switch which mounts on the dashboard of the loader.

When the switch is in OFF position, electric functions of the attachment (e.g. electric turning of the rotary broom, electric water spraying pump of collecting broom, electric selector valve etc.) are controlled with the rocker switches on the control switch pack. When the switch is in ON position, all hydraulic functions of the attachment are controlled with the rocker switches on the control switch pack (e.g. hydraulic rotator and hydraulic cylinder of the timber grab, independent operation of the wings of the flipper bucket & snow plows, functions on the mounting kit for stone installation clamp etc.). This means the operator can keep the hand on the joystick and control all functions of the attachment smoothly and comfortably. If the loader is not equipped with the 6/8 function joystick, only the electric functions of the attachment are operated with the switches on the control switch pack. Opticontrol® can also be retrofitted on a machine already equipped with the control switch pack.
