Extra 12V power kit, e series

Avant e series is equipped with a 48V electric system; in addition there is a 12V power supply which feeds electricity e.g. to the standard 12V front lights and the optional work light kits and which is operational only when the electric system of the loader is activated with the ignition switch. There are however some options for e series which require constant 12V electric current: for instance the emergency blinkers in the road traffic light kit must function also when the electric system is deactivated. For this there is an extra 12V power kit available as an option for e series. It consists of a 12V/2.9Ah battery and a 12V power supply. The power supply takes care of the normal 12V current needs and the battery is needed to supply power for short peak currents (e.g. when several 12V appliances are activated at the same time) and constant current to the road traffic light kit. The extra power kit is necessary with the A434812 road traffic light kit, and it is recommended also when e series is fitted with attachments which are equipped with a 12V electric device, e.g. an electric actuator.
