Avant Tecno is committed to developing and maintaining secure products throughout their lifecycle. The EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) sets cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and security incident handling requirements for products and software with digital elements. The objective of the CRA is to ensure that digital products placed on the market remain secure throughout their lifecycle.

Report a vulnerability or security incident

We encourage customers, researchers, partners, and other stakeholders to report responsibly any potential security vulnerabilities or security incidents related to Avant Tecno’s products, services, or digital solutions. 

Reports are handled confidentially and assessed as quickly as possible so that appropriate measures can be taken.

To help us assess the situation as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your report whenever available: 

Responsible reporting

Please avoid publicly disclosing vulnerabilities before Avant Tecno has had a reasonable opportunity to assess and address the issue. Our goal is to work together with the reporter to reduce risks and protect customers.
