Hydraulic breaker

Avant hydraulic breaker is specially designed for use with Avant loaders. The B120 breaker is a compact but powerful demolition unit with large tool diameter and an oil flow range suited to most Avant loader models.

Avant loader with breaker is a very efficient tool in demolition and refurbishing operations: do the demolition with Avant and breaker, take the debris away with Avant and bucket – very fast and efficient. Another benefit of this combination is its compact dimensions: you can go almost anywhere with this unit.

The B120 breaker features a high tool-weight and power-weight ratio. This means less energy is needed in breaker work, which results in higher production rate and lower fuel consumption. In addition, the Constant Blow Energy (CBE) system features a pressure adjusting valve inside the breaker which controls operating pressure. This allows a wide oil flow range to the breaker with constant high power. The Idle Blow Protection (IBP) ensures the breaker cannot be operated until pressure is placed on tool. This protects the breaker, parts and tool, providing a longer lifetime. IBP can easily be turned on and off in the field if necessary.
